Alágbára: The dream

The book is about the creation of a wonderful world where a supreme being called AGBAIYE created the universe together with his creation AIYÉ. This in turn expands and creates the world as we know it: man, woman, sun, sea, air, in short... our conception of life. The story begins when a dream decides to experiment with human emotions, which is forbidden, and becomes the first nightmare of, seducing other dreams. Then ṢÌGÌDÌ becomes the first representative of evil, starting in a battle between dreams and nightmares. ALÁGBÁRA, a young warrior dreamer, falls in love with a woman ÌRÈTÍ elements that give continuity to this fable of love, struggle, and search for cosmic balance. The book deals with influences, choices, cause and effect, an afro-fantastic work that takes you to a new world of magic. Its basis is black protagonism, friendship, and exchange. The story takes place in a parallel universe where the underlying culture of Africa is unique and manifests itself in the graphic design of the illustrations of the city and of each character. The study of the Yoruba language to name people and places is another differential of the project, for it is: values imagination in its meaning, "awakening dreams" and the power to create the future.
